VENDOR SPACE IS SOLD OUT FOR 2017.
Our board game sales partner for the 2017 con is The Deep here in Huntsville. You can expect them to have a great selection of games available for sale at their vendor tables.
We welcome all other non-game vendors to Rocket City Gamefest! The "geekier" the better!
This year we have a wonderful wide hallway located right in the center of our gaming areas for vendors to sell their wares.
NOTE: Vendor space is limited and provided on a first come first served basis. We will post here and on FB when we run out.
Vendor Fee Includes:
1 - 6 ft x 30 inch table, 2 chairs $20.00 (does not include con entry)
2 - 6 ft x 30 inch tables, 4 chairs $35.00 (does not include con entry)
Please note:
Vendor Registrations are Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable after November 30, 2016
Vendor setup begins at 11:00 AM on Friday January 20, 2017
Vendor breakdown must be complete by 4:00 PM on Sunday January 22, 2017
The vendor hallway is not lockable.
